I recently had my 9-year-old's birthday party at the theater in Gallatin on Saturday, February 2nd @ 3:30 showing of Hannah Montana.  I just felt that I needed to let the general manager know the excellent service we received during our visit to NCG.  I had contacted the manager Larry at the theater several times in the weeks prior to the showtime just to get information, share concerns, change show times, etc.  Larry was exceptionally helpful, very accommodating, and pleasant to work with.  The day of the show, he and some of his staff helped us get seating, helped with the 18 children's popcorn/drinks, and any other need I had without hesitation.  I can honestly say I have never been treated as well at any other theater.  Larry is a great asset to your company and I thought I would share my experience.  I would and have recommended to others the great service at NCG for any type party or occasion.
